Shipping Services
We use a range of delivery services, which include Royal Mail, Evri and APC. Available delivery services and estimated delivery speeds are shown at checkout.
Please note that we will ship via a different carrier (without prior notice) if the parcel size or destination is incompatible with the chosen service.
All delivery times are estimates of the transit time from point of dispatch and are not guaranteed. If you require your order urgently, please contact us before ordering.
Order Processing
We aim to pack and prepare most orders for dispatch within 1 business day of receiving payment confirmation. During busy periods, this may take up to 2 business days.
Orders are usually processed Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
If there is any issue with your order, shipping address, stock availability, or delivery service availability, we will contact you before dispatch.
Please note that while an order may be prepared for dispatch within our timeframe, collection by the courier may occur the following working day if the order is manifested after their cut-off time.
Incorrect Shipping Information
If an order contains an incomplete or incorrect shipping address, we will contact you to confirm the details before dispatching your order and this may delay the dispatch time.
UK Shipping
We deliver to all areas of the United Kingdom, however please note that some large or heavy items may not be eligible for shipping to outlying areas and in particular, deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland and other remote locations may incur additional shipping costs or delivery restrictions.
If there is an issue with shipping availability or pricing, we will contact you before dispatch.
International Shipping
We ship to many international destinations, however some countries may not have shipping options available at checkout as shipping to that region is not available.
International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees and any other local charges applied by the destination country. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel is delayed, you can check the courier tracking and if the information is not available, please contact us using our contact form as soon as possible.
We will work with the courier to investigate and locate the shipment wherever possible, but please note that courier investigations can take time and resolution periods vary depending on the shipping provider.
Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged and you do not reject the delivery, you must sign for the delivery as 'damaged' and this must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.
Please retain all packaging materials and provide photographs of the damaged packaging, the damaged item(s) and the shipping label.
Failure to report damage within this timeframe may affect our ability to make a claim with the courier.
Delivery Times
All delivery estimates shown are automatically created and are based on recent order processing times plus standard courier delivery timescales to non-remote areas.
Please note that delivery to remote locations (particularly Highlands and Islands) may not operate within stated timescales: for example, Royal Mail does not define a delivery time for the Tracked 48 service to remote delivery areas; and APC quote longer standard delivery times for remote delivery locations.
Actual delivery times may vary for reasons including seasonal demand, weather conditions, customs processing and operational reasons. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers once an order has been dispatched.
